By booking a session or accessing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services provided

Tabitha Priyodarshini Paul provides professional psychological counselling services. Sessions are counselling support and are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. They do not constitute clinical diagnosis or treatment.

2. Booking & appointments

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will forfeit the full session fee, as the time slot cannot be offered to another person at short notice. See the Refund Policy for details.

4. Code of conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful environment. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour towards the counsellor will result in immediate termination of the session and withdrawal of future services without refund.
